DJ Shadow announces 30th anniversary reissue and tour of the classic ‘Endtroducing’

DJ Shadow is marking the 30th anniversary of his landmark debut album ‘Endtroducing’ with a special reissue and an accompanying international tour. The 1996 record, credited as the first sample-only album, was pivotal in shaping instrumental hip-hop and electronica, influencing acts such as Radiohead and Deftones, and remains a touchstone for the genre three decades on.

The reissue lands on 18 September, featuring the album's original tracklist including ‘Midnight In A Perfect World’ and ‘Organ Donor’. The supporting tour begins in San Diego next month before taking in cities across the US and Canada, including Los Angeles, Chicago and New York, wrapping up with a single UK date at London's Barbican on 18 December.
