David Tennant will lead the third series of BAFTA-winning British prison drama Time, with first-look images released by BritBox. The anthology will move to a Young Offenders Institution, examining the effects of teenage imprisonment on both those held there and the staff responsible for them.

Tennant joins returning cast member Siobhan Finneran, who reprises her role as Marie-Louise, alongside Daniel Ryan, Jo Joyner, Vinette Robinson, Louis McCartney, Ollie McNulty and Chukwubuikem Molokwu. Written by Jimmy McGovern and Samuel Bailey, the series previously featured Sean Bean and Stephen Graham in prominent roles; no release date for the new series was provided.
