Official images of a rumoured Donkey Kong Arcade LEGO set have surfaced ahead of an expected announcement, after copies were spotted on sale at retailers before Lego or Nintendo confirmed the product. Photos originating from UK retailer Argos, since removed, and a further sighting at a US Target store have given fans their clearest look yet at the box art, build details and in-set play features, fuelling anticipation for what looks set to be the latest addition to Lego's growing Nintendo-themed range.

The set is reported to contain 1,367 pieces and carry a price of £149.99, or the regional equivalent. This follows an earlier leak of the same set found online at the start of the month. With the set already appearing in physical stores, an official reveal from Lego and Nintendo is now expected imminently.
