The milestone underscores Drake's continued dominance of the chart, on which he has now tied The Temptations' record of 17 career No. 1 albums, a mark since matched by Future.

ICEMAN, released via OVO Sound/Republic, earned 41,000 equivalent album units in the US for the 21–27 August tracking week, a 6% dip on the previous week but still 10,000 units ahead of second-placed Thriller by Michael Jackson. The album also holds a 13th week atop Top Rap Albums and sits at No. 9 on the all-genre Billboard 200, while its tracks "What Did I Miss?" and "Janice STFU" gave Drake his record-extending 31st and 32nd Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs No. 1s, the latter spending seven weeks on top, his longest since "In My Feelings" in 2018.
