Duke football player apologizes to trainer after swatting her arm away during injury timeout
Duke cornerback Kimari Robinson apologised after swatting away a trainer’s arm as she tried to reach his injured teammate during Saturday’s match against North Carolina. He said he was wrong and that concern for his teammate did not excuse his behaviour.

A stretcher was brought out, but Stone was able to walk to the locker room; Robinson said he apologised to the trainer in person after the game and later issued a public apology. Duke, which started the season 4-0, has since lost two consecutive ACC games by a combined seven points.
