Ed Sheeran has partnered with global pop group KATSEYE on their latest single 'Animal', following his discovery of their debut hit 'Gnarly' during a trip abroad. The four-time Grammy winner became an immediate admirer of the group and initiated contact to explore a songwriting partnership, resulting in the collaborative track that was released last week alongside behind-the-scenes studio footage documenting its creation.

KATSEYE, who scored their chart debut with 'Gnarly' and achieved a peak position of number 21 with 'Gabriela' earlier in the year, continues building momentum with 'Animal' as part of their broader rollout towards a new era. The release functions as a lead-in to their forthcoming EP 'WILD', scheduled for August 14.
