The tour promoter, Messina Touring Group, made the decision on Friday in consultation with local officials, prioritising the safety of fans, staff and personnel involved in the shows.

Refunds are available immediately through Ticketmaster, which will process them automatically, as well as at the original point of purchase. The cancellation comes amid pre-existing controversy surrounding the tour, as opening acts including Macklemore had already withdrawn after stadium owner Robert Kraft imposed a mandate preventing Macklemore's performance—a decision that sparked debate and criticism over free speech issues.
