Ella Langley Makes Country Music History With a Chart Milestone No Woman Has Ever Achieved

Ella Langley became the first woman in country music to score at least four Country Airplay No. 1 hits in a calendar year. The milestone came as “Loving Life Again” reached the top of the chart, adding to a record-setting run for her album *Dandelion*.

Langley’s four 2026 chart-toppers are “Loving Life Again”, “Choosin’ Texas”, “Be Her” and “I Can’t Love You Anymore”; the latest is her sixth career No. 1 on Country Airplay. She is also only the second woman, after Shania Twain with *The Woman in Me*, to earn four or more No. 1s from one album. Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and Garth Brooks are the other artists cited as having achieved four or more Country Airplay No. 1s in a calendar year.
