Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen’s collaboration “I Can’t Love You Anymore” has reached number one on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, giving Langley her fifth leader and Wallen his 22nd. The result is notable because Wallen has now led the chart in consecutive weeks with different songs as a lead artist, a first in the chart’s 36-year history.

The song rose from second place in its 15th week on the chart dated 15 August, attracting 33.4 million audience impressions between 31 July and 6 August. It follows Wallen’s two-week reign with “Don’t We” and reached the top faster than the historical 21-week average; Langley’s recent singles have also climbed increasingly quickly, with three of her five number ones reaching the summit within 16 weeks.
