Grokipedia, SpaceXAI's AI-powered online encyclopaedia, has resumed updating articles following a months-long hiatus that lasted from April through August. The platform is now actively fact-checking and accepting user-suggested edits again, with some pages showing recent updates from within the past few hours. This signals that the project, which Musk claimed would be "a massive improvement over Wikipedia," has not been abandoned despite the extended period of inactivity.

However, updates appear to be rolling out unevenly across the platform. Whilst some high-profile pages such as Barack Obama's have been fact-checked within the past two days and Elon Musk's within the past hour, other pages like Honolulu's have not received updates for seven months. SpaceXAI has not publicly commented on the resumption, though Benji Taylor, head of design at X and SpaceXAI, recently posted that the team "haven't forgotten about Grokipedia" and promised that version 0.2 would be "better than ever," though version 0.2 technically launched in November.
