Eminem to Auction Rare Signed Sneakers from Personal Collection for Detorit Youth

Consequence · 3 hours ago

Eminem is auctioning more than 100 signed sneakers from his personal collection to raise money for the Marshall Mathers Foundation, which supports disadvantaged and at-risk young people in Detroit. The charity sale, organised by Julien's Auctions, takes place on 25 August in Los Angeles and represents the rapper's largest single-sale sneaker collection ever offered publicly, drawing on more than 20 years of his personal archive.

The lineup includes rare Nike Air Jordan and Air Max collaborations, special-edition adidas Superstar and PUMA Palace Guard shoes, each with its original box. Notable pieces include the Air Jordan 3 "Slim Shady PE" he wore during his Super Bowl LVI halftime show, an Air Jordan 4 Carhartt collaboration, and signed PUMA Palace Guard "Detroit Pistons" trainers. Bidding opens at 10am PT/1pm ET on 25 August and can be conducted online, by phone, in person or via advance written bid, with Shady Records president Paul Rosenberg saying the sale offers fans a chance to own "a piece of his personal collection" while supporting a cause close to Eminem's heart.
