Alternative metal band ENTHEOS has announced their upcoming studio album 'Empty On The Inside,' scheduled for October 23, 2026 release through Metal Blade Records. The band has unveiled the album's lead single, 'Golden Crown,' accompanied by an official music video. Vocalist Chaney Crabb revealed that the track took several years to perfect, with its chorus originating in 2020. Lyrically, the song explores the psychological complexity of becoming emotionally dependent on someone toxic—a relationship that simultaneously provides identity whilst causing self-destruction, captured in the image of wearing a destructive attachment like a golden crown.

The album represents what the band describes as their most polished and collaborative effort to date, featuring contributions from musicians who have worked with established progressive and heavy metal acts. The record bridges 1990s rock and metal influences with contemporary production techniques, prioritising raw performances over artificial polish. ENTHEOS is currently touring as support for alternative metal band JINJER across North America, building momentum following their successful 2025 headlining tour, with recent performances receiving praise from music publications for the band's technical precision and vocal performance.
