Epic Games has confirmed that The Simpsons will return to Fortnite through its fast-paced Reload mode, with a full reveal scheduled for Wednesday 29 July. The crossover matters because the previous Simpsons mini-season was one of Fortnite’s most popular collaborations, attracting both existing players and fans of the animated series with a Springfield-themed experience.

The 2025 mini-season featured a Springfield map, a Battle Pass containing Simpsons characters, themed quests and shop cosmetics. Reload uses smaller maps and fewer players than standard Battle Royale, while allowing respawns for much of a match; Epic has not yet confirmed the new content, but the teaser suggests familiar Springfield landmarks will return.
