The company alleged that Hayden Cohen, who had signed a non-disclosure agreement, systematically used X and Discord accounts to broadcast proprietary information about upcoming collaborations.
The settlement requires court approval of a permanent injunction preventing the defendant from possessing, accessing, using, or disclosing Epic's confidential and trade secret information, or assisting others in doing so.
