Rockfish Games has released Everspace 2: Galactic Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 without prior notice. The port brings the space-shooter RPG, previously released on PC in 2023, to a portable platform and includes all released downloadable content, expanding Switch 2’s growing catalogue of ports.

The edition costs £39.99/$49.99 and includes the base game, Titans, Wrath of the Ancients and the Supporter Pack. Rockfish describes the main campaign as roughly 30 hours, while extra missions, expansions and customisation can raise playtime beyond 50 hours; Nintendo Life reports the Switch 2 version is capped at 30fps, although a reader comment disputes this.
