Evil Dead Burn, the latest instalment in the long-running Evil Dead franchise, will premiere exclusively on HBO Max on Friday, 2 October, marking its global streaming debut following its theatrical release in July. The film will subsequently air on HBO linear on Saturday, 3 October at 8 p.m. ET, preceded by special showings of previous franchise entries Evil Dead (2013) and Evil Dead Rise (2023).

Directed by Sébastien Vaniček and starring Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright and Hunter Doohan, the film follows a widow seeking solace with her in-laws in a secluded family home, only for them to transform into Deadites in a supernatural nightmare. Produced by Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert, the franchise has evolved significantly since Sam Raimi's original trilogy (1981–1993) through Fede Álvarez's 2013 reboot and Lee Cronin's Evil Dead Rise, which grossed $147 million globally. The franchise is slated to continue with Evil Dead Wrath, scheduled for release in 2028.
