Sununu, skipped the main stage, while cabinet figures such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Scott Bessent and Dr Mehmet Oz did appear. The event also included tributes to Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist assassinated in September last year, and marked the approaching 25th anniversary of the 11 September attacks.
