Faith No More have announced their long-awaited reunion, confirming a run of 2027 stadium shows in Australia and New Zealand alongside System of a Down. The reunion had appeared unlikely for years, with singer Mike Patton citing mental health struggles, including an agoraphobia diagnosis, as the reason previous reunion plans fell apart, and drummer Mike Bordin suggesting as recently as 2025 that Patton was reluctant to perform with the band again.

The dates begin on 22 January in Sydney, followed by Melbourne on 27 January, Brisbane on 1 February, and Wellington on 7 February. It will be the band's first performance since 2016, when they played two shows with original vocalist Chuck Mosley, who died in 2017, and Patton's first appearance with Faith No More since 2015's Sol Invictus tour. A planned 2020 comeback was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and later cancelled altogether, before signs of a reunion began emerging this summer via the band's social media.
