Anitta has won Billboard's weekly New Music Latin fan poll with her new album *Equilibrivm II*, which secured over 71% of the vote. The result highlights the Brazilian pop star's strong fan support and the album's warm early reception, as it beat out competing releases from artists including Ryan Castro, Natanael Cano and Gabito Ballesteros, and Lunay and Omar Courtz.

*Equilibrivm II* is a two-part, 32-track project that follows Anitta's 15-track *Equilibrivm*, released in April. Sung mainly in Portuguese with some English and Spanish, the album draws on Brazilian genres such as forró, funk, bossa nova and samba, and features collaborations with artists from the MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) scene, with Anitta describing it as a deeply personal reflection of her spirituality and identity.
