Feebas and Milotic will arrive in Pokémon Pokopia through the limited-time Fetch Scales for Feebas event, giving players a way to obtain the pair by creating their required habitat. The event also offers free water-themed furniture, providing an incentive for players who do not buy the game’s forthcoming expansion.

Players can start the event by speaking to Feebas outside a completed Pokémon Center and collecting Prism Scales to exchange for decorations. It runs from 13 August at 5 a.m. local time until 28 August at 4:59 a.m.; it does not require the Bubbly Basin DLC, which launches on 5 August alongside a free update adding underwater building through the Dive move.
