French-American sibling writer-director duo Manon and Margot Gage, known professionally as the Gage Sisters, are set to make their feature directorial debut with the dark comedy-drama Necropol. The announcement marks a significant step up for the pair, expanding on their existing short film of the same name into a full feature backed by their own production banner, with Manon also taking the lead acting role.

Necropol follows Astrid, a status-conscious podcaster played by Manon Gage, whose life is upended after she interviews a charming but secretive guest, Nate, played by Ty Molbak. Fala Chen also stars, though her role remains undisclosed. The Gage Sisters are producing through their Périvier Films company alongside Meghan-Michele German and Siddharth Ganji, with Halley Feiffer serving as executive producer. Manon Gage previously earned a BAFTA nomination for her performance in the interactive film trilogy Immortality.
