FILTER Frontman RICHARD PATRICK’s A PLACE TO KILL Project Releases ‘Keep My Name Out Of Your Mouth’ Single From Upcoming ‘APTK2’ EP
Richard Patrick of FILTER and Jim Louvau of There Is No Us have unveiled the first single from their industrial metal project A Place to Kill's second EP. "Keep My Name Out Of Your Mouth" combines distorted electronics, punishing rhythms and dual vocals that exemplify the pair's uncompromising approach to modern industrial sound, rejecting nostalgia in favour of aggressive confrontation.
The single precedes the release of "APTK2" on 13 November 2026 via Patrick's No Pulse Records. This follows the duo's June 2026 debut EP "APTK," which received critical praise from SiriusXM Octane and Revolver magazine. Their collaboration traces back nearly two decades to 2008, with Louvau's 2020 backing vocal contribution on FILTER's "Murica" catalysing their formal partnership.
