Finalists for the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards will be announced in a live broadcast on 9 September, starting the run-up to one of Latin music’s major annual awards events. The ceremony will follow on 22 October in Miami, recognising artists, albums and songs based on chart data rather than votes.

The finalists announcement will air at 5 p.m. ET on Telemundo Entretenimiento’s YouTube channel, Billboard and Billboard Español. The awards ceremony will take place at the James L. Knight Center and air on Telemundo and Peacock, alongside Billboard Latin Music Week from 19 to 22 October; last year, Bad Bunny led with 11 awards.
