First Artists Management Rebrands as Fam Agency, Expands With New Agent Dan North
Los Angeles-based talent agency First Artists Management, which represents composers and music supervisors, has rebranded as FAM Agency and hired former Kraft-Engel Management agent Dan North. North's move brings with him several composers and music supervisors, forming part of a broader push by the agency to expand its roster and strengthen its position in the industry.
The agency, founded in 2003, has also signed new clients including Scottish post-rock band Mogwai, Andrew Bird, Matthew Herbert, Jemma Burns and Tune-Yards, alongside existing clients tied to major film and television projects such as "The Studio" and "Adolescence". Alongside the rebrand, FAM has made two business hires: Alexander Beltran, joining from Warner Bros. as Head of Business Affairs in Los Angeles, and Julie Blake, joining from Erased Tapes as Business Affairs Manager in London.
