Fantasy RPG *Queen’s Domain* will launch on 30 October, with a demo already available on Steam. Developed by Freshly Baked Games and published by Future Friends Games, it follows a shipwrecked character searching an island for their missing father while facing hostile creatures and a sleeping Queen.

Combat centres on a holy sword that enables short-range jumps, plus reusable throwing weapons with cooldowns, stamina and character levelling. The developers promise more than 50 melee weapons, over 20 types of throwing weapons, more than 100 enemies and bosses, and dozens of hours of exploration; the article also compares its retro look and maze-like setting to several older fantasy games.
