Float Along Festival will return to Sheffield on Saturday 26 September 2026 for its fifth edition, bringing a full day of post-punk, psychedelic rock, indie and alternative music to venues across the city centre. The event matters because its multi-venue format supports Sheffield’s grassroots music scene while combining established performers with emerging talent.

Performances will take place at The Octagon, Sheffield Corporation and Sidney & Matilda, followed by an official after-party. White Lies headline a line-up including Sprints, Warmduscher, Opus Kink, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Nuha Ruby Ra and Gia Ford, with 14+ entry and under-18s required to attend with an adult.
