Florida couple Natalie and Joshua Strong allege that Brown Fertility in Jacksonville used another man’s sperm during IVF, resulting in the birth of their daughter in 2025. They say a blood-type discrepancy prompted DNA testing, which found a “zero percent probability” that Joshua was the biological father; the clinic denies the allegation.

The couple, who began IVF in 2023 and endured a failed attempt, are suing the clinic and its lead doctor. They have three embryos remaining but do not know whose sperm was used, and Joshua is also concerned his sperm may have been used in another patient’s treatment, potentially creating other biological children.
