London singer-songwriter flowerovlove has announced her debut album, ‘MINI SKIRT WARRIOR’, due for release on 28 August via Capitol Records. The record frames its title character as a more empowered alter ego, using fashion as armour while exploring the move from girlhood into womanhood and experiences such as first love, self-discovery and heartbreak.

The announcement arrives with new single ‘KISS KISS KISS’, an anthem combining folk-influenced sections with larger pop choruses, accompanied by a self-directed one-take video featuring 24kGoldn. The album will include earlier singles ‘In My Victoria’s Secret’ and ‘American Wedding’, and features collaborators including Amy Allen, Steve Mac, Steph Jones and Wilfred Cissé; flowerovlove will also support Niall Horan on his UK and European tour this autumn.
