Explained simply

Barking is an area in east London, where many people live in purpose-built blocks of flats. A fall from a high floor can cause life-threatening injuries, and emergency services may send several specialist teams to respond.

Police investigate sudden deaths to establish what happened and whether anyone else was involved. A death described as not currently suspicious means investigators have not identified signs of a crime at this stage; it does not explain how the fall occurred.
