Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein are reuniting to host a rewatch podcast revisiting their cult sketch comedy series Portlandia. Titled Podlandia: A-O Rewatch and produced by Will Ferrell's Big Money Players, the show launches across podcast platforms on 16 July, with new episodes released weekly. The project marks a return to the beloved IFC series for its two creators and stars, offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at the show.
Each week Armisen and Brownstein will revisit episodes of the series, which satirised the hipster culture of Portland, Oregon. The podcast will feature guest appearances from figures including Kyle MacLachlan, who played the Mayor, musician Aimee Mann and director and co-creator Jonathan Krisel. Portlandia ran for 77 episodes across eight seasons on IFC; the podcast is distributed by iHeartPodcasts through the Big Money Players Network, a joint venture between Ferrell and iHeartMedia, whose other titles include The Ron Burgundy Podcast and Las Culturistas.

Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein created and starred in Portlandia, a sketch comedy series that ran for eight seasons on the US channel IFC, poking fun at the earnest, eco-conscious "hipster" lifestyle associated with Portland, Oregon.
