The film stars OnlyFans creator Gina Jaqueline in her acting debut as Stella, a caregiver who leads a double life as an online content creator. The narrative follows a man named Richard who struggles with forbidden feelings and develops a transgressive relationship with Stella, incorporating elements of age play and infantilisation. Both Lyngstad and Jaqueline emphasise they are not asking audiences to approve of the characters' behaviour but rather to question difficult subjects; Lyngstad explains the film originated from meeting a woman in the BDSM community and was inspired by the emotional complexity underlying age play dynamics.
