Guy Picciotto, Fugazi’s co-vocalist, has contributed vocals to “T-Hexx” by the supergroup Evil Island, his first recorded singing appearance in 25 years. The song features on the newly released debut album Terraform: The Afterlife and marks a notable return for a musician whose band Fugazi has been on hiatus since 2003.

Evil Island includes Blood Brothers members Johnny Whitney, Cody Votolato and Mark Gajadhar, alongside Autry Fulbright and Todd Weinstock; the album was produced by Ross Robinson. Picciotto last recorded vocals on Fugazi’s 2001 album The Argument, and said he joined because of his admiration for the Blood Brothers and the track’s mix of aggression and catchiness.
