Netflix has greenlit a spinoff series called Doozie's Doghouse, centring on Gabby's younger sister from the popular preschool show Gabby's Dollhouse. Doozie, voiced by Celestina Harris, was first introduced in the 2025 Gabby's Dollhouse film and subsequently appeared in season 14 of the main series. The spinoff expands the fictional universe by offering a dog-focused counterpart to the original cat-centric show, with both series now operating as companion programmes.

The new series consists of seven 22-minute episodes and premieres on 9 November on Netflix. Created by Traci Paige Johnson and Jennifer Twomey—the original Gabby's Dollhouse creators—Doozie's Doghouse features a similar mixed-media format with imaginative play spaces such as the Yummy Zone, Crafty Zone and Boogie Zone. The show will include crossover episodes featuring Gabby and her friends visiting Doozie's world for playdates, with a voice cast including Sebastian Billingsley-Rodriguez, Aaliyah Butler and Kimiko Glenn amongst others.
