GameSir has updated its companion PC software, adding features aimed at making the app friendlier for players who are new to pro-level controllers. The update introduces in-app explanations of technical controller terminology, helping users understand settings and jargon they might otherwise have been reluctant to look up, while also overhauling how the software handles updates.

Previously, users reportedly had to reinstall the software whenever a new version was released, but the revised app can now update itself without requiring a fresh install each time. Together, the changes are aimed at making GameSir's controller software more accessible and less of a hassle to keep current, benefiting both newcomers and existing owners of its controller lineup.
