Great Britain claimed two more gold medals on a successful day at the European Aquatics Championships in Paris, winning the women's synchronised 10m platform diving and the artistic swimming mixed duet events. The results extended Britain's strong showing in the diving and artistic swimming disciplines, with several athletes describing the victories as career highlights achieved despite difficult preparation.

Maisie Bond and Lois Toulson scored a personal-best 300.06 to win the 10m synchronised diving title, edging out Germany (298.20) and Ukraine (286.20). In the mixed duet, Isabelle Thorpe and Ranjuo Tomblin narrowly won their first European title with 258.2383 points, beating Spain by just 0.2650 to finish ahead of Italy in third; Tomblin had already defended his men's solo technical title the previous day. Elsewhere, Jack Laugher took silver and Jordan Houlden bronze in the men's 1m springboard, behind Germany's winning diver.
