Britain’s Arthur Fery recovered from a set down to beat Aleksandar Kovacevic and reach the Winston-Salem Open semi-finals. The victory continues a strong summer for the 24-year-old and provides momentum immediately before his first US Open main-draw appearance.
Fourth seed Fery won 3-6 7-5 6-3, taking five successive games from 5-5 in the second set before moving 3-0 ahead in the decider.
