Gen Z, millennials say ‘morning debrief’ more exciting than previous night out: survey
A survey of young adults found that many Gen Z and millennial respondents enjoy discussing an event the next morning even more than experiencing it, highlighting the value they place on in-person time with friends. A therapist quoted in the article said that sharing different perspectives can turn an event into a collective story and strengthen a sense of connection.
