‘Godzilla Minus Zero’ Behind-the-Scenes Clip Unveiled by Toho and Gkids

Toho and Gkids have unveiled a behind-the-scenes clip for “Godzilla Minus Zero”, the sequel to Takashi Yamazaki’s Oscar-winning “Godzilla Minus One”. The film continues the Shikishima family’s story in post-war Japan and is significant as a major Japanese franchise release designed for an international Imax audience.

Set in 1949, two years after the previous film, the sequel follows Japan’s fragile reconstruction before another threat emerges. It premieres at the New York Film Festival on 26 September, opens in Japan on 3 November and reaches North American cinemas on 6 November; it was filmed entirely in Japan and is the first Japanese production Filmed for Imax.
