Grace Carter Announces Debut Album ‘When Saturn Returns’
Grace Carter has announced her debut album, 'When Saturn Returns', due for release on 16th October. The London-based songwriter has been working towards the record for years, with the announcement marking a significant milestone after a period in which she stepped back to reassess her art and its relationship to her life; she described feeling in tears writing about it, having once feared it would never happen.
The 13-track album follows recent single 'White' and is accompanied by a new track, 'Party Baby', written with collaborator Emilie Walcott about the societal and physical pressures around settling down and having children in one's twenties and thirties. The tracklist also includes songs such as 'Bittersweet Escape', 'Girls Girl', 'Crying In The Club' and 'I Am Grace Carter'. Pre-orders for the album are open now.
