Gracie Abrams has notched her first career No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, with her third studio effort, "Daughter From Hell," debuting atop the Aug. 1-dated chart. This is a milestone for the singer-songwriter, whose previous record, "The Secret of Us," peaked at No. 2 in July 2024; the album's release was preceded by two charting Hot 100 singles, "Hit the Wall" and "Look at My Life." Abrams becomes the sixth act to score a first US No. 1 album in 2026, following Noah Kahan, Ella Langley, Megan Moroney, Don Toliver and Megadeth, compared with just five such acts across the whole of 2025.

The album earned 124,000 equivalent units in the week ending 23 July, Abrams' best week yet, comprising 77,000 in sales, 46,500 in streaming equivalent units and about 500 track equivalent units, and was issued across ten vinyl variants, four CD editions, two cassettes and two digital formats. Elsewhere on the chart, Olivia Rodrigo, Morgan Wallen, Ella Langley, Noah Kahan and Drake hold steady at Nos. 2 to 6, while Future's "The Real Me" falls to No. 7 after its own debut at No. 1 a week earlier. BTS' "ARIRANG" climbs 26-9 following a new vinyl picture disc release and the group's halftime appearance at the FIFA World Cup final, and Michael Jackson's "Thriller" rises to No. 8.
