Graham Coxon announces second batch of vinyl reissues for complete solo catalogue

NME · 3 hours ago

Graham Coxon has announced the second wave of reissues in an ongoing campaign to re-release his entire solo back catalogue, following a first batch last month. The Blur guitarist's albums 'Crow Sit On Blood Tree' (2001), 'The Kiss Of Morning' (2002) and 'Happiness In Magazines' (2004) will all be reissued through Transgressive Records on 11 September, giving long-time fans and new listeners fresh physical editions of his early solo work.

Each album will be released on CD and black vinyl, plus limited coloured vinyl editions exclusive to independent record shops and Coxon's own store, with distinct colourways for each title. The same day will see the full 14-track version of his 'Live At The Zodiac' concert album, recorded in Oxford in June 2004, released on streaming platforms for the first time, alongside video for every track. Coxon has spoken about revisiting his "ramshackle" early solo years, and further reissues covering later albums and soundtrack work are planned, ahead of his first full-band solo headline shows in over a decade this November.

  • Coxon to reissue three solo albums via Transgressive Records on 11 September
  • 'Live At The Zodiac' concert album streaming in full for first time
  • More reissues and first full-band solo tour in a decade to follow
