Gran Turismo 7 Bolstered by Another 4 Cars in PS5 Update 1.71
Sony has released update 1.71 for Gran Turismo 7 on PS5 and PS4, adding four new cars to the racing simulator alongside three additional World Circuits. The rollout is due to complete worldwide within 24 hours of announcement, continuing Polyphony Digital's regular monthly content cadence for the long-running title.
The new vehicles include the '97 Toyota Chaser Tourer V, the '97 Toyota Mark II Tourer V, the '08 Caterham Seven Superlight R500 and the '25 Hyundai IONIQ 6 N. Notably, the PlayStation Blog has taken a new approach by recommending ways to try out each car, suggesting players start the Hyundai with a lap of the High-Speed Ring before racing it against other modern performance cars.
