Freeman announces new album All Set the Bone with European tour

Vermont indie-rock singer-songwriter Greg Freeman has announced his new album *All Set the Bone*, due out on 2 October via Transgressive/Canvasback, marking a swift follow-up to last year's *Burnover*. The record was made with the help of producer John Congleton and sees Freeman reunite with regular collaborators Garrett Linck and Sam Atallah, alongside new contributors including Florry's Joey Sullivan, the Rockin Worms' Carney Hemler, Anna McClellan and Trinity Ace. Alongside the announcement, Freeman shared a hand-drawn animated video for new track "Indu".
The 13-track album opens with "Cahokia" and closes with "Bury Me the Shovel". Freeman has also mapped out an extensive tour, beginning with a Brooklyn show at Union Pool, then European festival and club dates through August in Portugal, Sweden, England, Belgium, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands, before a run of North American shows from late October into November spanning cities including Toronto, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Austin and New York, with support from acts such as Wendy Eisenberg and Robber Robber along the way.

Vermont musician Greg Freeman writes indie rock, and last year's record Burnover established him within that scene. He has now announced a new album, All Set the Bone, made with producer John Congleton and a mix of longtime collaborators and new guest musicians. The release comes with a run of live dates.
The album itself is a 13-track collection due out on 2 October through the labels Transgressive and Canvasback, following on relatively quickly from Burnover. Freeman worked with regular collaborators Garrett Linck and Sam Atallah alongside newer contributors from other bands, and has shared a new song and video as a preview.
Alongside the record, Freeman is undertaking a lengthy tour, starting in Brooklyn before moving through festival and club shows across Europe in August, then a series of North American dates in late October and November. Several support acts are joining different legs of the tour, reflecting how the album rollout is being paired with sustained live performance.
