Collider · 3 hours ago

Apple TV is releasing a new dark crime thriller series titled Nocturne on 30 October 2026, featuring Stephen Graham as a notorious serial killer terrorising a small Pennsylvania town. The drama centres on the collision between killer Jurek Walter and Jonnah Lynn (Liev Schreiber), a former Philadelphia homicide detective who has relocated to the town seeking respite from his career in law enforcement. This high-stakes cat-and-mouse dynamic, combined with the stellar cast and the source material's pedigree, positions the series as a significant entry in the streamer's autumn lineup.

The series is developed by John Hlavin and created by Rowan Joffé, based on Lars Kepler's novels Lazarus and The Sandman. The supporting cast includes Zazie Beetz as FBI Agent Saga Bauer, alongside Bill Camp, Rory Culkin, Chrissy Metz, Poorna Jagannathan, and Gary Carr. Nocturne will premiere with its first two episodes on 30 October, with new episodes releasing weekly every Friday through 25 December 2026.
