A Grand Theft Auto 6 leaker known as CyberLeek has continued releasing unauthorised gameplay videos for a second consecutive day, despite Rockstar Games apparently getting their original X (formerly Twitter) account suspended. A new account under the same name has since resumed posting, with the leaker claiming to have "full access" to the game, raising questions about how Rockstar can contain the leaks ahead of a major official reveal.

Four videos have leaked so far, including footage of a biplane flying over a detailed city resembling Vice City, a passenger plane taking off amid a police chase, and a helicopter over an Everglades-style marshland. One clip ends with bullet holes spelling "leek", tying the footage to the leaker's identity. The leaks are reportedly motivated by anger over GTA 6's digital-only release and expensive Ultimate Edition content, though the leaker is also soliciting cryptocurrency donations, prompting Stop Killing Games to warn fans against funding what it calls illegal behaviour. The leaks come just a week before Rockstar's official "extended look" trailer is due to air on Netflix.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is Rockstar Games' long-awaited sequel in its flagship crime-action series, one of the most commercially successful franchises in entertainment. Anticipation has been building for years, and Rockstar has been carefully controlling what footage and details reach the public ahead of the game's eventual release.

In recent days, someone using the name CyberLeek has been posting unauthorised gameplay clips online, appearing to show unreleased locations and scenes from the game. Rockstar has tried to remove the material and shut down the accounts sharing it, but new footage and new accounts have kept appearing, suggesting the company is struggling to stop the leak at its source.

This matters because it threatens to undercut Rockstar's own plans to reveal more of the game through official channels, and raises questions about how the leaked material was obtained in the first place. It also touches on wider issues around online piracy, unauthorised access to unreleased creative work, and how companies protect high-value, closely guarded projects from exposure before they are ready to be shown.
