Explained simply
Nintendo’s eShop is the online shop where players buy and download games for Nintendo consoles. The Switch 2 is Nintendo’s newer console, while the original Switch remains in use; some games in the sale are for one or both systems.
Nintendo Life is a news and reviews site covering Nintendo games. Its guide selects discounted games it previously rated 9 out of 10 or higher, across genres from strategy role-playing games to flight combat, and also includes one personal pick rated lower.
The guide gives readers a way to compare games and prices before buying. Discounts can make games cheaper than their usual eShop prices, though the selection and prices are tied to the sale period.
