Halloween The Game, based on the horror film franchise, is set for a worldwide launch on Tuesday 8 September, giving fans a firm date to plan when they can start playing as survivors evading Michael Myers or take control of the killer himself. The release follows a tiered schedule depending on which edition players purchase, with those willing to pay extra able to jump in several days before everyone else.

Players who buy the Digital Deluxe Edition get four days of early access, launching ahead of the Standard Edition, and this version also costs $20 more. The Deluxe Edition additionally includes four bonus survivor skins and an exclusive digital comic not available with the standard purchase.
