Harry Styles cancels Brazil show at last minute due to “health issue”

NME · 4 hours ago

Harry Styles cancelled a concert in São Paulo, Brazil, at short notice on Tuesday 21 July due to an undisclosed "health issue", just hours before he was due on stage as part of his 'Together, Together' world tour. The show was the third of four planned dates at the Estádio do Morumbi, following his record-breaking 12-night residency at London's Wembley Stadium, and organisers confirmed the tour's final São Paulo date on Friday 24 July would go ahead as scheduled.

A joint statement from Live Nation Brazil and Ticketmaster Brazil said tickets for the axed show would be refunded, with further details sent by email, and offered affected fans the chance to buy from a limited batch of tickets for the Friday show, though availability was described as "extremely limited". Neither Styles nor organisers disclosed who or what was affected by the health issue. The tour, in support of his fourth album 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally', is next due to head to Mexico City, then a 30-date run at New York's Madison Square Garden, before concluding with shows in Melbourne and Sydney this November and December.
