The publication says the feedback could help it understand what readers value and potentially make the case internally for changes to the service.

The survey contains nine questions, with some optional depending on a respondent’s supporter status. Participants must provide an email address to submit responses, which the organiser says is intended to deter spam and duplicate entries rather than for marketing purposes.
