Power Snatch release four-track EP2 on Bandcamp

Hayley Williams’ band Power Snatch has surprise-released its second project, “EP2”, on Bandcamp. The four-track release extends the group’s gradual rollout since its unveiling earlier this year, while Williams continues to balance the project with her solo career.
“EP2” comprises “Machete”, “New Legs”, “Born Dead” and “Hell Is a Highway”, and was announced on Instagram using “Machete” alongside footage from the 1973 animated film “Fantastic Planet”. Power Snatch had previously released “DMs” in December, then “Assignment” and “EP1” in February, followed by “Great” and “Training” in June; Williams’ larger-venue US solo tour begins on 3 September.

Hayley Williams is best known as the lead singer of the American rock band Paramore, which formed in the mid-2000s and has had international success. She has also released music under her own name, alongside work with other musicians.
Power Snatch is a newer project involving Williams, introduced earlier this year. The group has been releasing songs and short collections gradually, using online platforms including Bandcamp, a service that allows artists to sell music directly to listeners.
